LTAWNT


Lembaga Tabung Amanah Warisan Negeri Terengganu (LTAWNT)was established through Enactment No. 2 of 1990. It was further amended in 1996 through Enactment No. 1 Year 1996. This LTAWNT is established with the following clause:

Section 4. (1) For the purposes of this Enactment, there shall be established a corporation known as "Lembaga Tabung Amanah Warisan Negeri" which shall remain for generations and shall have a common seal, and may sue and be sued in the name of the corporation and, subject to and, for the purposes of this Enactment, may enter into contracts and acquire, purchase, take, hold and enjoy movable and immovable property of every type and may transfer rights, assign, surrender, return, mortgage, mortgage, relinquish, surrender transfer, transfer or otherwise dispose of, or use any movable or immovable property or any interest vested in the Board on such terms as it deems fit.

Contribute to the state's income and development through strategic property and fund management.


MISSION

Manage the preservation (preservation) and growth (growth) of property and funds effectively for maximum return.
